Seating Information

The seating arrangement at the First Unitarian Church is designed to create an intimate experience for attendees. The main sanctuary features pew-style seating that allows for close proximity to performers, enhancing the overall experience. The best sections are generally considered to be those located towards the front of the sanctuary, where sightlines are optimal and acoustics are superb.

While most sections offer a good view, those seated further back may find their experience slightly diminished due to the distance from the stage. However, even these seats provide a unique perspective on the events taking place, making them acceptable options for budget-conscious attendees.

Parking Information

Parking around the First Unitarian Church can be challenging due to its location in a bustling area of Philadelphia. However, there are several parking options available nearby. The best parking facility is the Parkway Corporation, located at 1500 Walnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19102. This garage offers convenient access to the church and typically charges around $20 for event parking.

In addition to Parkway Corporation, street parking is available but can be limited and often requires payment at meters. It is advisable to avoid parking in areas with strict time limits or where signs indicate no parking during certain hours. Being aware of these options will ensure a smoother experience when attending events at this historic venue.
